Observes and reports the need for repairs to equipment, furniture, building, and fixtures. Responsible for the cleanliness and neat appearance of assigned areas. Essential Skills
Experience using hand tools for basic repairs and upkeep.
Minimum of 6 months experience with buffing, stippling, waxing, and cleaning.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
Strong attendance record.
Excellent communication skills for interaction with patients, nurses, doctors, and housekeeping team.
Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to work with difficult people.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Direct experience in hospitals is a plus.
Reliability and adherence to procedures even in the absence of a manager.
